Real involvement is about people with lived experience working in partnership with decision makers to make real change. I can work with you and your organisation to:
- Evaluate your current involvement systems
- Design and implement project and organisational involvement and coproduction strategies
- Deliver training and workshops for staff and service users on good practice in involvement and coproduction
- Facilitate service user, public and patient events
- Develop service user, public and patient networks
- Involve service users, patients and the public in governance, service design, research, policy, campaigns and campaigns
- Engage effectively with seldom heard/hard to reach groups
- Conduct research and evaluations putting service users and patients at the centre, including running peer research projects
